Account Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to service all aspects of customer accounts and relationships. The successful applicant will create long-term, trusting relationships with current clients, develop new business with existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. As account manager, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will report to the Vice President of Business Development and effectively manage your assigned territory. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to identify business development opportunities in the market.

QA/QC Manager

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the necessary processes for guaranteeing the quality of our products, and ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Unit in quality assurance and quality control principles
  • Audit quality control, production and sales functions, and other records to ensure compliance with SOPs
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve unusual problems
  • Develop quality metrics and assess trends for product or process implications
  • Critically evaluate current processes and continually identify ways to save time and money without sacrificing product quality
  • Assist in investigation of product, and process deviations, identify root cause, and develop corrective and preventative actions
  • Participate in audits by customers and regulatory agencies and respond to customer complaints
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related field
  • Three years of QA/QC direct experience in a manufacturer or distribution company
  • Two years of experience in specific laboratory equipment (IR, Viscometer, melting point, UV-Vis and specific gravity)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and provide resolution to conflicts (i.e. quality issues with quality specifications, Quality procedure complaints and discrepancies)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
